Shellmar Construction was appointed by Etec Group to support a mixed-scope project comprising the refurbishment of an existing building alongside the construction of a new apartment block.

Our role included carrying out all associated builders works within the refurbishment, including structural alterations, forming new openings, and general building fabric adjustments to facilitate the upgraded layout and systems.

Alongside the refurbishment scope, Shellmar also provided labour-only services for the full brickwork and blockwork package to form the new build apartment block. From DPC level through to completion of the external envelope, our operatives delivered high-quality cavity wall construction, internal masonry, and coordinated closely with other trades to maintain programme progress.
