Shellmar Construction was appointed by Borras Construction to provide labour-only brickwork and blockwork services for the extension of St Mary’s School.

Our team was responsible for executing all structural and internal masonry works, including cavity wall construction, partitions, and external facing brickwork. Delivered as a labour-only package, we worked closely with the main contractor’s site management team to ensure quality control, sequencing efficiency, and adherence to the overall construction programme.

This project was delivered safely and professionally within an active school site, requiring careful coordination to minimise disruption to the school’s operations and maintain site safety at all times.
