At Singer Hall in Coventry, Shellmar Construction was appointed by Medlock to support the refurbishment of existing student accommodation through a comprehensive package of groundworks and external works.

Our scope included initial enabling works to prepare the site, followed by the installation of new drainage systems, concrete foundations, and structural plinths to support new external features and infrastructure upgrades. We also completed hard and soft landscaping works to enhance the external areas and improve the overall environment for students.
