At Lea Bridge Road, Shellmar Construction was appointed to deliver the full Shell & Core package for a new residential development comprising nine flats. Our scope included all groundworks, superstructure brickwork, concrete floor decking, and internal blockwork walls, ensuring the building was fully prepared for the client’s internal fit-out team.

The project was carried out on a highly constrained urban site, surrounded by occupied residential properties and a live petrol station, requiring careful planning, logistics management, and close coordination with stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient delivery without disruption to the surrounding community.
