Shellmar Construction was engaged by Medlock FRB to undertake the full groundworks and builders works package for the extension of an existing barn structure at Hopwood College.

The works included excavation and foundation construction, installation of below-ground drainage systems, and coordination of service trenches to accommodate new fit out. We also delivered a range of builders works to support the main structure, enabling smooth integration with the existing building fabric.

Working within the operational college campus required strict adherence to safety protocols and sequencing, ensuring minimal disruption to staff and students while maintaining the programme and quality standards expected by the client.
