Shellmar Construction was appointed by Medlock FRB to assist in the refurbishment of the existing Thorpe Park Holiday Park in Grimsby, supporting the transformation and upgrade of key guest facilities.
Our scope of works included the demolition of existing structures and comprehensive enabling works across the development zone. This was followed by the installation of new below-ground drainage systems, service infrastructure, and foundation construction.
Working within a live and operational holiday park required careful planning, phased execution, and strict health and safety controls to minimise disruption to guests and site operations.
