Shellmar Construction was appointed by Total Construction to deliver a package of enabling and external works as part of a Haringey residential scheme at Edith Road.

Our works involved the construction of foundations for a new detached bin and bike store, along with the installation of associated drainage and service provisions. We also built new boundary walls to define and secure the site perimeter, followed by completion of hard landscaping works to enhance the external areas and provide a functional, accessible finish.

Working on a tight urban site required careful coordination and sequencing to meet programme targets and deliver a high-quality result aligned with the local authority’s standards.
