Shellmar Construction was engaged to support extension works at Burleigh Court, a leading hotel and conference facility within Loughborough University’s campus.

Our works included the installation of new foundations and below-ground drainage systems, alongside the full coordination and running of service infrastructure to support the building’s expansion. 

Working within a live university environment and an operational hospitality setting required careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption to staff, students, and guests, while maintaining programme deadlines and delivering consistently high standards.
