At the Farringdon project, Shellmar Construction was initially appointed under a small works package to carry out enabling works. However, our role quickly expanded due to the project’s evolving needs and our ability to deliver high-quality results on a fast-paced programme.

Our extended scope included the construction of structural concrete plinths and wall supports to accommodate a curtain wall steel frame, as well as the installation of bespoke steel brackets to support external wall cladding. We also carried out basement drainage works, including the installation of suspended reinforced concrete access covers.
