Shellmar Construction was appointed to deliver the second phase of the new waterpark development at Haven Holiday Park, focusing on the construction of a large basement and integrated swimming pool area. The scope involved critical-path sequencing of reinforced concrete walls and floors, including full reinforcement detailing and installation of a robust waterproofing system designed to withstand the demands of a high-traffic aquatic facility.

The team worked to a strict programme to ensure key structural elements were delivered on time and in coordination with the wider masterplan. This phase will ultimately support the main structure of the new waterpark complex, forming the foundation for future development.
