Shellmar Construction was appointed by Medlock FRB to support the refurbishment and modernisation of an existing holiday park facility. The project formed part of a broader regeneration programme aimed at improving amenities and infrastructure for guests.

Our scope included the careful demolition of outdated structures and the execution of enabling works to prepare the site for redevelopment. We carried out full groundworks including drainage installation, foundations, and the construction of reinforced concrete plinths to support new buildings and holiday units.

Additionally, Shellmar coordinated the installation of below-ground services, ensuring all utility provisions were in place to support the incoming fit-out and mechanical systems.

Delivered within a live holiday park environment, this project required a phased approach and close coordination with Medlock to ensure minimal disruption and safe working conditions throughout.
