Shellmar Construction was appointed by O&D Construction as a labour-only contractor to deliver all brickwork and blockwork services from DPC level through to full external wall construction.

Working from damp proof course upwards, Shellmar provided skilled operatives to carry out cavity wall construction, structural blockwork, and facing brickwork in accordance with the design specifications and project programme. Our team maintained consistent build quality, meeting strict tolerances and ensuring seamless coordination with follow-on trades.

As a labour-only contractor, we worked closely under O&D Construction’s management while upholding our own high standards in workmanship, site safety, and productivity. Our experience and reliable resource allowed the masonry package to progress smoothly and on time.
