Shellmar Construction was engaged by O&D Construction on a labour-only basis to deliver the full brickwork and blockwork package for a new development comprising 26 residential flats in Addlestone High Street.

Our scope included the construction of structural internal blockwork and the full external facing brickwork façade. Working from DPC upwards, our team executed cavity wall construction, window and door openings, parapets, and architectural detailing in accordance with the design drawings and performance standards.

The project required a high standard of finish to suit the town centre setting, with consistent brick coursing and pointing critical to the overall appearance of the building. Close coordination with scaffolders and follow-on trades ensured sequencing was efficient and downtime was minimised
