At Lower Stondon, Shellmar Construction was appointed to deliver the full infrastructure, groundworks, and external landscaping works for a bespoke gated residential development comprising 16 one- and two-bedroom homes in the peaceful village of Lower Stondon.

Our scope of works included site clearance, enabling works, formation of access roads, installation of all below-ground drainage and utility services, as well as the construction of foundations, oversites, and associated hard landscaping. We also completed soft landscaping, including turfing, planting, and boundary treatments, to enhance the overall aesthetic and create a welcoming, high-quality environment for future residents.
