At Courteney Avenue, Shellmar Construction was appointed to undertake a comprehensive package of enabling and groundworks for a high-end residential project. Our works included site enabling, construction of foundations for boundary walls, and the full installation of drainage systems, including a large attenuation tank and a dedicated pump enclosure.

We also delivered extensive external works, comprising reinforced concrete plinths and high-specification hard landscaping. This included the installation of natural stone setts, resin-bound surfacing, and raised pedestal paving systems—executed with a strong focus on quality, detail, and coordination with the wider construction team.

The project required careful planning and precision to meet the high design standards expected for this premium residential development, ensuring all elements were delivered seamlessly and to the highest specification.
